Job summary

A private company in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional for invoice handling and accounts receivable tasks. Responsibilities include daily checking and filing of invoices, keying sales orders, and assisting in month-end and year-end closings. Candidates must have at least one year of accounting experience and proficiency in MS Office. Singaporeans only. This is a full-time position with a 5.5 days work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Responsible and meticulous team player.

Responsibilities

  • Daily checking, recording and filing of customers’ invoices and returns.
  • Keying of sales orders and generating invoices.
  • Assist with monitoring outstanding AR aging.
  • Assist in month-end stock take and AR closing.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

  • Assist with monitoring outstanding AR aging
  • Assist in month end stock take & AR closing
  • Assist in financial year end closing
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
