As the Content Director, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and coordinating content that aligns seamlessly with brands and marketing goals. Your primary focus will involve closely collaborating with the marketing team to comprehend the creative vision and translate it into compelling videos, graphics, photos, and written materials that captivate audiences and enhance engagement.Your key duties will include working in tandem with the marketing team to grasp campaign objectives and devise content that supports these goals effectively. You will be tasked with producing and refining content for various digital channels such as social media, websites, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will be instrumental in devising innovative visual strategies and concepts that resonate with brand objectives and marketing insights. Your role will encompass overseeing photo and video shoots from inception to post-production editing, ensuring the delivery of visually appealing short-form videos. Staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating them into fresh content ideas will be crucial, along with maintaining brand consistency across all visual and written materials.Ideal candidates for this position should possess 1-2 years of experience in content creation or social media management. A solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends is essential, along with proficiency in visual storytelling, photography, and video editing. The ability to multitask effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple projects and deadlines is paramount. A robust portfolio showcasing your content creation skills will be highly advantageous.While not mandatory, familiarity with copywriting, video editing, graphic design, and photography is considered a plus.
