Job description

This role is responsible for providing support to the Global Head of RPO Solutions in the development of workforce solutions and RPO workforce solution products for our clients. Specifically, this will include working with country, regional, and global stakeholders to design and price complex RPO workforce solutions. This includes working on sales opportunities but also best practice initiatives to improve and enhance capability within the region and globally. In addition to working on specific sales opportunities, the role will support the development of Talent Solutions' product offerings, and solution-related sales collateral. This involves customer research, competitor research, partner research, product builds (in collaboration with relevant stakeholders), case study or reference searches, white paper searches, and tailoring of sales collateral.

Experience/Qualifications Essential
  • Sound technical skills and relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a pre‑sales, business analyst role and/or good analytical skills
  • Experience working in a products/service solution focussed business
  • Ability to work under tight timelines in a demanding environment
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse and reengineer business processes
  • Possess a commercially-focused outlook including understanding complex commercial models and P&Ls
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good capability with Microsoft Office Product including advanced Excel skills

Solutions Management: Specific Accountabilities
  • Responsible for solution scope, design, documentation and achieving relevant operational, legal and financial sign‑off
  • Work closely with sales team during the pre‑sales process and implementation phase to ensure our solution delivers value to Company and the client
  • Analyse detailed customer requirements and translate business needs to robust, integrated and well‑documented solutions.
  • Define solutions and product offerings identifying inclusions and exclusions and helping to drive standardized product sets across the portfolio
  • Provide support in solution implementation to the Implementation Project manager
  • Develop templates and frameworks from work conducted which may be used in future solutions to leverage capabilities, knowledge and experience to ensure we minimise re‑work
  • Research and implement the best delivery model to suit clients needs
  • Complete a competitor analysis to ensure that a competitive solution is always delivered to the client
  • Draw solutions for a wide range of technologies and provide technical advice on solution offerings
  • Assist in preparing proposal and tenders responses
  • Explore and recommend new solution opportunities in the marketplace
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of pricing models for all new solutions

  • Coach and develop in‑country resources who work on workforce solutions
  • Build good working relationships with key managers within Talent Solutions
  • Work in multi‑functional product teams to ensure our product sets are competitive and relevant in the market
  • Work closely with appropriate Talent Solutions management to achieve buy‑in on all new solutions
  • Facilitate project meetings, and consult SMEs as required.
  • Ensure project targets are monitored and achieved
  • Provide decision support to key stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality and value of the projects.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved smoothly by communicating with global and country level project teams.
  • Develop and maintain an internal network of contacts with the same or similar responsibilities across the globe
Commercial Accountability: Specific Accountabilities
  • Develop accurate estimates of resources and translate into plans and implementation schedule
  • Work with countries to ensure that their pricing is fit for purpose and aligned with their capability
  • Ensure country level sign‑off on pricing
