Overview

About the Project

Implementing and configuring Workday’s cloud-based HR platform.

Responsibilities

• Competent with Workday HCM, especially on EIB integration, and foundational understanding on Workday Core HCM.
• Supporting integration testing and relevant issue fixing.
• In the event enhancement is needed on the integration, the candidate will collaborate with the core team on the related integration design changes.
• Preparing weekly testing progress.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating, configuring, and testing EIB inbound/outbound integrations, including custom report–based EIBs and calculated fields.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, data model, and security domains to ensure integrations pull the correct data with proper access control.
• Competence in monitoring integration runs, analyzing logs, debugging issues, and coordinating end-to-end testing with business stakeholders.
• Strong skills in data mapping, validation, error handling, and working with formats such as CSV, XLS, or flat files exchanged through SFTP.
