Your Role:
- Manage in-branch client relationships and act as a trusted banking advisor
- Engage both new and existing clients to identify financial goals and recommend tailored banking and investment solutions
- Proactively drive sales activities through branch walk-ins, referrals, leads, and events
- Maintain a high standard of service and follow-through to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date advice
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Sales-oriented with a strong motivation to exceed targets and earn high income
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilient, driven, and capable of working independently and in teams
- No prior banking experience required – we provide structured training and ongoing mentorship
