Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Valuer and an experienced (minimum 3 years in the real estate valuation industry in Singapore) Valuation Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate for the Valuer position will be responsible for conducting onsite property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with our internal quality and reporting standards.
The successful candidate for the Valuation Manager position will be supporting the Chief Valuer with managing and maintaining of accounts from our corporate clients and banking partners.
Both roles are expected to partake and support onsite inspections and reporting if and when required.
