Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Valuer and an experienced (minimum 3 years in the real estate valuation industry in Singapore) Valuation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections across various locations in Singapore
• Take accurate measurements, photographs, and relevant notes during inspections
• Research and analyse property data, comparable sales, and market trends
• Prepare and submit valuation reports in a timely manner through our internal AVR system
• Liaise with clients, bankers, and internal team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, company procedures, and compliance requirements
• Supporting the licensed Valuers on various projects, subject to approval from the COO

The successful candidate for the Valuer position will be responsible for conducting onsite property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with our internal quality and reporting standards.

The successful candidate for the Valuation Manager position will be supporting the Chief Valuer with managing and maintaining of accounts from our corporate clients and banking partners.

Both roles are expected to partake and support onsite inspections and reporting if and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building & Construction, or related discipline (preferred)
• Registered or eligible/have a keen desire to be registered with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV)
• Strong analytical, observational, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property research tools
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Professional appearance and demeanour when representing the company onsite
• Tech aware and logical
• Process driven and compliant to company guidelines and structures
• Respectful of SG Govt cybersecurity guidelines

Employment Type & Remuneration

• Location: Singapore
• Role: Valuation Manager Onsite Inspections & Valuation Reports
• Full-Time: Competitive monthly salary + performance incentives
• Part-Time: Per-case remuneration, inclusive of travel allowance
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 09:00-18:00 and Saturdays 09:00-13:00 (excluding PH and Saturday work hours are subject to approval by the COO)
• Both roles include training and support to ensure you meet Century 99’s quality standards
