A dynamic e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous individual for Order Processing, Packing & Fulfillment. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer inquiries about returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate pays great attention to detail and has basic communication skills in Chinese. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations in the warehouse.
Process customer orders daily with exceptional accuracy, ensuring all details (shipping method, address, quantity) are correct before fulfillment.
Perform warehouse packing tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to standard procedures.
Generate and organize shipping labels and necessary documentation.
Patiently follow up on delayed or pending orders and update the system accordingly.
Happily handle customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, and order status updates via email or internal system.
Respectfully communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve minor delivery or order discrepancies.
Carefully handle parcel post and returns, ensuring no lost or damaged parcels.
Accurately input and process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and initiate refunds.
Maintain the accuracy of warehouse inventory data, performing data entry tasks related to goods received and shipped.
Assist in periodic inventory stocktakes and reconcile system counts with physical counts.
Organize digital and physical filing systems for inventory logs and shipping documentation.
Able to communicate in basic Chinese.
