• Salary: S$5,500 – S$6,500 per month
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Summary

The hiring team is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in e-commerce logistics and fulfilment. You will lead warehouse teams, optimize operations, oversee e-commerce order fulfilment, and manage client engagement to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale e-commerce logistics solutions, including fulfilment, inventory, last-mile delivery, and returns.
• Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, supervisors, and clients to manage cargo movement and service levels.
• Track and report KPIs (order accuracy, fulfilment time, inventory turnover) and support billing preparation.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, set performance targets, and maintain a safety-first culture.
• Act as primary contact for key clients, conduct performance reviews, and assist with contract negotiations.
• Support process improvements, budget management, and strategic initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of logistics/warehouse management experience, with 3–5 years in e-commerce fulfilment.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) and system integrations (WMS/TMS/ERP).
• Proven client engagement, contract management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO, WSH, GDP/GMP, or other compliance standards is an advantage.
