• Basic salary up to $2,600 + Variable Bonus.

• Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:30 pm (No weekends required!)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is vital for maintaining accurate inventory control and ensuring a smooth workflow for both inbound and outbound shipments. If you have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching of goods safely.

• Use WMS software to update stock movements, conduct regular cycle counts, and perform inventory reconciliation.

• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO methods to ensure optimal stock freshness and turnover.

• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents while updating system records.

• Inspect incoming goods for damage, label items correctly, and organize storage in designated areas.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment and conduct basic checks on equipment.

Requirements

• Must have inventory experience and proficiency in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Ability to use barcode scanners and inventory software; strong organizational skills.

• Physically fit to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving goods in a fast-paced environment.

• A forklift license is an added advantage, but not required.

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
