A leading distributor in Singapore is seeking warehouse assistants to join their team. In this role, you will assist with daily operations such as receiving, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as supporting the sales team and ensuring safety checks. • Candidate with warehouse experience or forklift license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Read and interpret Pick Lists and Delivery Orders accurately.
• Assist in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, shipping, and dispatch.
• Operate mobile devices and ERP systems as required.
• Support loading & unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
• Attend to customers for self-collection or sample viewing.
• Support the sales team with tasks such as goods measurements or documentation.
• Perform regular visual safety checks around work areas (e.g., loading bays, warehouse zones).
• Investigate stock discrepancies when required.
• Coach or guide colleagues on operational processes.
• Provide ad hoc assistance in deliveries when assigned.

Job Details

• Salary range: $2000-$2500 (depends on experience)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)
• Working Location: Kallang (Central)
