Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support operations by performing tasks such as put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate should display physical fitness, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but training will be provided. The role may require working overtime, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Woodlands area around the end of 2025.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Assistant supports warehouse operations by assisting in put-away, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role requires attention to detail, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform put-away of received goods into the correct storage locations following FIFO practices.
2. Pick and pack goods according to pick lists or sales orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
4. Assist in stock counting activities, cycle counts, and full stock takes.
5. Report any discrepancies, damages, or expired products to the Warehouse Team Leader or Executive.
6. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stackers, and forklifts (if certified).
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
8. Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
9. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
10. Follow instructions from the Warehouse Team Leader and Warehouse Executive, and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements

• Able to handle manual handling tasks.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Our current office is located in Yishun area. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Woodlands area around the end of 2025.
