Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant. The role includes data entry in the Cargowise system, managing inventory, and effective communication with team members to ensure accuracy. Candidates should have an O Level or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and ideally possess some warehouse experience. This full-time position works Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, in Bukit Batok Connection Building.

Marine Logistics Hiring Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

• To perform data entry in Cargowise system for inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy
• Update daily inventory report
• Weekly/monthly stock count and random stock check, to ensure inventory accuracy for warehouse
• Liaise with supplier and customer
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• “O” Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fresh graduateor minimum 1 year warehouse experience
• Able to work independent
• Basic command over English (both verbal and written)

5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm)
