We manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to serve as Strategic & Business Planning Specialist. This role partners closely with the top of the house in Operations to drive enterprise scorecard planning, financial management, and strategic execution, supporting key engagement initiatives and events to strengthen organizational culture and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Manage business forums and secretariat work, ensuring smooth execution and clear documentation.
  • Drive design, development and execution of the Group Operations scorecard, coordinating with Operations Units and presenting executive-level reporting.
  • Oversee financial planning, delivering budgeting, forecasting and business objective tracking, maintaining high quality under pressure.
  • Plan and support leadership and employee engagement events, designing communication plans to enhance awareness of key initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑regional projects spanning Operations Up/Reskilling, Sustainability and Transformation, managing risks and improving reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain close correspondence with COO units across Group Operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Champion continuous improvement, introducing best practices to strengthen planning, financial governance and engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15 years in financial planning, strategy or business planning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience with budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and strategic insight drawing skills from large amounts of data.
  • High attention to detail with ability to see the big picture, taking ownership of results and collaboration.
  • Passionate, resourceful, learning‑adaptable mindset with a strong analytical mind.
