Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is looking for an IT Service Technician in Singapore. This role includes performing maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (VMS). The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in IT and possess strong communication and documentation skills. Responsibilities also include responding to operational incidents and maintaining high service availability. Candidates must be willing to commit to a 12-hour rotational shift schedule and have the ability to obtain the required security clearance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to conduct technical maintenance and troubleshooting for Video Management Systems.
• Capable of writing daily maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (VMS).
• Respond swiftly to onsite operational incidents within established SLAs.
• Proactively identify, report, and resolve system discrepancies.

Education
