Your Role as Virtual Intake Specialist

You will be the first point of contact for clients, requiring fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati or Punjabi preferred). You must be highly organized and self-sufficient.

• Answer and manage incoming client calls, ensuring smooth intake
• Conduct initial intake calls to gather case details with empathy
