Join Our Team: Video Producer (Weddings & Storytelling)

Sloth Creatives is seeking a highly driven and imaginative Video Producer to lead our wedding production team. You’ll take charge of the entire video journey—from idea to final cut—crafting bold, cinematic stories that celebrate love in all its raw and beautiful forms.

What You’ll Do

• Craft unique narratives that capture each couple’s story
• Produce, direct, shoot, and edit wedding films with a cinematic edge
• Create moodboards and storyboards to bring ideas to life
• Learn and shoot with analog formats (120 film, 35mm, Super 8/16mm)
• Oversee various shoots: Actual Day, Pre-Weddings, Styled, Lifestyle, and Branding
• Lead and coordinate the team to ensure smooth, high-quality productions
• Drive creative and business growth through fresh ideas and new systems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on video production experience
• A visionary storyteller with a love for cinematic wedding filmmaking
• Strong skills in directing, shooting, and editing (wedding experience a bonus)
• Comfortable with both digital and analog formats
• A collaborative leader eager to shape the future of wedding storytelling
