Lead and own end-to-end video projects, including film & media productions and social media video campaigns. This role is accountable for project delivery, client success, revenue growth, and profitability, while mentoring junior producers and contributing to overall team performance.

Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end video production across brand films, commercials, and social media campaigns.
  • Translate client marketing objectives into video content strategies and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines and priorities.
  • Ownership of budgets, schedules, scopes, and resource planning.
  • Oversee pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production for film & media projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with creative teams, technical teams, talents, locations, external stakeholders and equipment vendors.
  • Act as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle and manage escalations and step in to resolve at-risk projects.
  • Lead project meetings, approvals, and expectation management.
  • Lead creative pitches, proposals, and tenders, with accountability for success rates.
  • Manage scope changes, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong experience at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and protecting profitability.
  • Understanding of paid media requirements or content performance metrics.
  • Ability to anticipate roadblocks and pivot when necessary (to think out of the box)
