1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Service Innovation
- Analyse market trends, client demands, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Define techno-functional vision for Data & AI solutions and SOW based services within BFSI, including GenAI, Agentic AI for various verticals, Data Platforms, MLOPs, and Responsible AI.
- Formulate new use cases and services, packages, and GTM strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
2. Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Act as the primary technical and business advisor during pre-sales and client interactions.
- Convert thought leadership and partner capabilities into pipeline growth, supporting sales with demos, workshops, and business case development.
- Understand client challenges, define AI roadmaps, and translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes through workshops, demos, PoCs, and business cases.
- Lead solution design, architecture, and proposal development in collaboration with delivery.
- Open up new project and services opportunities within existing client-base.
3. Proof of Concepts & Demonstrations
- Drive on-site PoCs, pilots, and demonstrations to validate solution feasibility and value.
- Collect feedback and iterate to refine solutions and strengthen client relationships.
- Work with delivery to build a library of PoCs for various use cases for BFSI.
4. Project Scoping & Delivery Planning
- Contribute to scoping, effort estimation, and project planning for Data & AI programs.
- Joint ownership with near-shore/off-shore delivery team for end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, MLOPs adoption, enterprise integration, governance, and risk management to ensure high-quality and scalable implementations.
- Ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality implementations aligned with client objectives.
5. Partner & Industry Collaboration
- Engage technology partners for joint solutioning, events, and workshops within BFSI industry.
- Build the company’s brand and credibility as “a trusted partner in intelligent transformation” through thought leadership, whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and industry forums.
- Drive emerging AI initiatives, co-create prototypes, accelerators, and reference architectures.
6. Leadership, Innovation & Team Development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives by aligning Data & AI strategy for Sciente as per market trends and in a commercially meaningful way.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ethical AI adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and operations teams to align execution with business strategy and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Build reusable AI assets, accelerators, and domain-specific AI Agents (e.g., BFSI, risk, operations, customer intelligence) to differentiate Sciente in the market.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to co-develop joint solutions and strengthen the practice ecosystem.
