Job description

KITE Search are exclusively partnering with a world famous international luxury integrated resort & casino developer / operator, who are globally renowned for their iconic design projects.

We are currently looking to talk Vice President level interior design leaders who can oversee the artistic direction & luxury interior design of this famous Macau integrated resort. The person in this key role will work with the design team to create the concept and identity of the resorts interiors to give the best possible product to its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Visualise and create concept interior designs for upcoming developments, ensuring the design is cutting-edge and innovative, giving the best customer experience
• Coordinate consultants and designers to create design concepts and master plans that best encapsulate the brand image. Managing the process from conceptual stage to completion
• Ensure design specifications and FF&E correspond with statutory requirements, whilst liaising with internal stakeholders from Retail, F&B and Casino teams
• Work closely with the hotel operators and design managers

Requirements:

• 20+ years’ experience in integrated resort concept design and design management.
• Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality and gaming environments
• Asia client side experience is essential
• Experience in managing and leading multi-discipline design teams overseeing multiple projects
• Solid knowledge of international design, codes and practices in Asia
• Ability to use various design software for production and review of designs
• Proven concept design and management experience with property developers / integrated resort developers – working on Luxury hospitality, Entertainment, Retail and Casino projects
• Must be a creative designer who can communicate their vision whilst leading and mentoring the team
