Payroll Analyst (12-Month Contract)

Location: Chai Chee / Bedok-East Region

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

About the Role: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst to support our payroll operations team. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and providing payroll‑related support to employees and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing for Singapore (main) and provide support for Hong Kong & Macau payroll runs.
  • Prepare and reconcile statutory contributions (e.g., CPF) and ensure timely submissions.
  • Work closely with payroll vendors on government‑related claims (CCL, ECCL, ML, PL, Shared Parental Leave, NSMen), validating data against SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage payroll tax filings with IRAS and support audit requirements.
  • Assist with reconciliation of payroll‑related GL accounts.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests from HR, including reports, ex‑employee payslips, and tax documents.
  • Support any other payroll‑related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR, Business Management, or related field with 1–2 years’ payroll experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and WFM (Kronos) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
  • Experience in vendor management and Singapore payroll operations preferred.
