Position: University Relation Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Early Careers programs including internships, scholarships, and early talent initiatives (Secondary School to Junior College), ensuring seamless end-to-end program execution.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities, and Junior Colleges, to establish a sustainable early talent pipeline.
- Plan and execute campus engagement strategies such as career fairs, campus talks, workshops, networking sessions, and employer branding events to enhance Micron’s presence among students and early-career talent.
- Drive internship recruitment for local IHLs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to align early careers hiring with workforce planning and global talent strategies.
- Design and implement innovative approaches to attract, engage, and develop diverse early-career talent aligned with business and future capability needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in University Relations, Early Careers, Campus Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition programs.
- Strong understanding of early talent recruitment processes, campus hiring cycles, and employer branding strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with academic institutions, students, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the agility to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in regional, global, or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.
- Creative, data-driven, and proactive, with a passion for developing early-career talent and building future-ready workforce pipelines.
