Job summary

A consulting company based in Singapore is looking for a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) specialist to execute testing activities, prioritize tasks, and log defects. The role requires a Diploma in IT or equivalent, with experience in UAT or system testing being advantageous. Successful candidates will prepare and run test scripts, manage test data, and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders. This position offers a four-month contract with possibilities for extension.

Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing and running test scripts and scenarios.
• Verify system behaviour against business rules and expected user actions.
• Effectively prioritize UAT activities to meet project deadlines.
• Manage test data required for testing activities.
• Record test outcomes and communicate results to teams and business users for validation.
• Log defects with detailed descriptions and clear reproduction steps, and monitor defect resolution.
• Monitor, track, and report testing progress and results to project stakeholders.

Education

• Location: City Hall
• 4 Months Contract (Extendable)
• Working schedule: Mon to Thurs: 8am to 5.30pm, Fri: 8am to 5pm
