We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Trust Advisory Manager.

In this role you will:
  • Manage and monitor fiduciary risks, regulatory and tax compliance, and implement appropriate controls for TFS-managed structures
  • Track and assess legal, regulatory, and tax changes impacting TFS business in relevant jurisdictions, escalating risks as necessary
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (including IT, transformation, and risk stewards) to design and implement solutions for regulatory, fiduciary, and tax obligations
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for trust technical and tax matters, reviewing onboarding and restructuring cases, and ensuring policy compliance
  • Review and sign off on external legal, regulatory, or tax advice, and support responses to regulatory or industry consultations
  • Develop relationships with regulators, tax offices, and external advisors; deliver technical training and updates to front office teams; draft client communications and governance papers
To be successful you will need:
  • Proven experience advising on or administering trusts, with knowledge of private client tax issues
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret new legislation and assess business impact; attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in governance and risk management preferred; professional qualification in trusts, law, tax, or accounting desirable
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver technical training
