Location: Singapore

Type : Commission-Based (No Basic Salary)

Flexible Work Arrangement | 3 Days In-Office (Bugis MRT) + 2 days Remote is possible for well performed consultant

Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will design, promote, and execute customized travel experiences for discerning clients. You’ll help travelers upgrade their journeys—from hotel experiences to deep cultural encounters—while representing a brand that values authenticity, artistry, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable travel or upgrade options
• Create engaging travel content and promotions using social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, Instagram, and Carousell
• Collaborate with hotels, local guides, and photographers to curate unique travel itineraries
• Build and maintain client relationships through attentive service and cultural sensitivity

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Passionate about travel, world cultures, and personalized service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in social media marketing and digital tools
