A logistics company in Singapore seeks a Transport Supervisor to oversee delivery operations. The role focuses on route planning, driver management, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of transportation or logistics experience, proficiency in Excel, and a strong customer service mindset. This position offers a salary up to $2,800/month and requires Singaporean applicants only.

Salary: Up to $2,800/month
Working Hours: 5 days work week, staggered start work rotating timings: 5.30am, 7am, 8.30am or 10.30am

We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to manage delivery operations. This role involves route planning, driver supervision, delivery performance tracking, optimizing deliveries and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To plan and execute daily work efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy.
To run day-to-day last mile deliveries, and achieve the KPIs set for transport operations.
To observe and give feedback on the process for optimization.
To train and supervise subordinates, including outsourced transporters and drivers.
To perform deliveries as and when necessary in support of operations.
1. Route Planning and Optimization
Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B operations.
Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to plan, assign, and track deliveries.
Optimize routing to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
2. Delivery Management
Supervise daily B2B delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor driver adherence to delivery schedules.
Handle delivery exceptions and resolve customer issues promptly.
3. Driver Management
Provide clear instructions and support to drivers on routes, procedures, and safety.
Ensure proper documentation and delivery accuracy.
Address driver-related concerns and manage performance issues.
4. Safety and Compliance
Enforce compliance with transport and safety regulations.
Conduct regular vehicle checks and maintenance follow-ups.
Promote a strong safety culture among all transport staff.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, route efficiency, and driver performance.
Analyze data and identify areas for operational improvement.
Implement corrective actions to enhance overall delivery performance.
Min Diploma / Nitec / O Levels / A Levels / N Levels
Minimum 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in transportation or logistics
Must-Haves:
Strong customer service mindset
Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
Singaporeans Only.
