Business Assurance SEA consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Certification and Training.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure and improve effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and delivery of public training
  • Guarantee the quality of services for public training (customer satisfaction)
  • Ensure the alignment of public training proposal and delivery with Corporate offers and delivery
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct training in Japan
  • Cooperate with other functions in order to calibrate our public training offers with market and customers’ expectations
  • Cooperate with Communication function in order to schedule an efficient marketing campaign for public training in line with market and customers’ expectations
  • Monitor the enrollment of participants to Public Training sessions and in‑house offers for up‑to‑date market analysis
  • Manage the entire process of printing/delivery of materials, including management of external suppliers, logistics arrangements, etc
  • Cooperate and support other functions (sales) in order to identify customer needs for in‑house training

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A strong interest and demonstrable experience in corporate sustainability and related areas
  • Proven track record in managing a training institute or academy or in another certification body (CB)
  • Proven experience in conducting training
  • Outstanding communicator, with excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines
  • Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance to Auditors / Trainers
  • Willingness to travel and work locally; there might be occasional travel
  • Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV
  • Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as part of the offer process, in accordance with applicable country‑specific laws and practices
