Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR support and advice to business units on HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Handle employee queries, requests and issues pertaining to compensation and benefits, leave management, performance management and talent development
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Analyze HR metrics and reports and provide insights to improve processes and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in generalist HR roles
