A local trading company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for day-to-day admin and accounts responsibilities. Ideal candidates should possess basic accounting knowledge, administrative experience, and proficiency in MYOB. The role requires handling tenders and assisting in regulatory matters. Singaporean residents are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

  • 'O' Level or Higher NITEC Business required.
  • 2 - 3 years Admin & Simple Book-keeping Experiences wanted.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handles Day-to-Day Admin & Accounts duties.
  • Handles Hospital Tenders.
  • Prepare Quotation, Filing & other Adhoc duties.
  • Assist in Regulatory Matters - ISO & Health Sciences Authorities.
