Job summary

A consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Temp Manager for Alumni Affairs. You will develop and manage a vibrant alumni community, engage stakeholders, and create programmes that support alumni networking and growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and strong project management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position for 6 months, offering opportunities for collaboration and innovation in alumni events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an engaged undergraduate alumni community of 40,532 alumni.
  • Stakeholder engagement and support to alumni advisory board and school advisory board
  • Cultivate and support alumni association in developing activities to support the growth of Alumni network.
  • Develop activities and events to expand Entrepreneurs Network
  • Design, develop and manage alumni engagement programmes and events (in-person, online & hybrid) that position to be the leading business school focus in technology, digitalization and sustainability.
  • Engage and cultivate future alumni through supporting student clubs activities.
  • Manage and lead the team Financial and Operation activities with support from executive.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Possess strong stakeholder management, project and / or vendor management skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment while also working independently and being self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive information and act with discretion.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan work activities in an organized manner.
  • Positive and flexible over working hours when required.
