Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing company Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
• Provide technical support to Company dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
• Provide Technical Training to Oversea Company Dealers on company products.
• To record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
• Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre‑sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.

Requirements

• NITEC in Engineering & above.
• At least one year of printer related working experience. Working experience in the printer industry (Dealer or Manufacturer) is a plus.
• Mechanical / Machine troubleshooting experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Able to read technical manuals and create technical reports upon dispatch.
