Job summary

A technology recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales) to deploy and troubleshoot enterprise security solutions in Singapore. The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of post-sales experience and skills in firewall configurations and incident response. Exceptional candidates will provide training and support to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with security products such as firewalls and IDS/IPS.

Job description

As a Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales), you’ll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners. You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure network security products on customer premises or cloud environments.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex security incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct technical training, workshops, and handovers to partners and end-users.
• Work closely with vendors and internal support teams for advanced issue resolution.
• Monitor deployments to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Assist in upgrade planning, patching, and lifecycle management of deployed solutions.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with firewall configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence tools.
