Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management with infrastructure, construction, data center projects or legal aspects in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with data centers or other infrastructure in the areas of supply planning, site development, construction, design, or engineering in a changing environment.
  • Ability to build data-motivated solutions and translate them into technical insights and decisions for the business and team.
  • Ability to communicate and present data-motivated stories around business insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data center plans-of-record by synthesizing demand models with architectural and development cycle expertise. Integrate land and networking to provide investment options that enable Google’s growth.
  • Manage the data lifecycle from sourcing and building blocks to lineage and traceability, to publish a plan-of-record. Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders across the infrastructure stack.
  • Drive synergy across planning organizations by creating formal communication channels. Ensure alignment on asset definitions, physical attributes, and demand mapping while building consensus on core planning policies.
