Role Overview (Technical Lead – Data/ Product)

Contract: 1-year Renewable

As a Technical Lead, you act as the technical backbone of the product team. You work closely with the Product Owner to structure, combine, and leverage IT data across the APAC region. Your work ensures high-quality, usable data and supports operational performance, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

In simple terms, you:

• Bring data together from different systems and sources
• Make sure the data is accurate, reliable, and usable
• Guide technical decisions so the product runs smoothly and efficiently
• Identify problems early and drive improvements to how data is managed and used
• Support and oversee daily operations, ensuring systems remain stable and issues are resolved quickly

You are not just maintaining systems—you are continuously improving them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organise and structure data so it can be used for reporting, insights, and decision-making
• Improve data quality, consistency, and performance
• Use tools like SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and basic ML concepts to analyse and enhance data
• Work within Agile ways of working to deliver improvements incrementally
• Apply ITIL and quality standards to ensure stable and well-managed services
• Coordinate and lead technical work within an Application Maintenance / Service Centre environment
• Act as a technical leader, working across teams and stakeholders
