Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full lifecycle of recruiting. You will deliver highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced technical environment while driving a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and will be skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and advocating for effective TA processes. This role offers opportunities for creativity and problem-solving.

  • Able to manage complex information in a matrixed environment.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is passionate about talent acquisition! She/he takes pride in owning the recruiting process full lifecycle - from the development and execution of sourcing strategy to assessment and ultimately negotiations offer and hire. She/he is an expert at all aspects of talent acquisition and drives business impact by hiring the right talent at the right time at the right cost.

Experience and Skills:
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Recruitment
  • Able to analyze resumes and determine appropriate candidates to fill vacancies
  • Demonstrated experience working with an ATS
  • Able to manage complex information confidential information in a matrixed environment
  • Develop and execute strategy for identifying and delivering top talent
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies
