You will deliver highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced technical environment while driving a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, and will be skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and advocating for effective TA processes.
