Job description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support our client’s continuous growth in South Asia through agile logistics and strategic supply chain initiatives. This role will be based in Singapore and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic regional logistics team.

Location: West Area

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros to optimize workflows and enhance data efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI for real-time insights.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support operational improvements and strategic planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and analytics integration.

Logistics Operations

• Maintain product restriction rules in SAP systems across markets.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation and resolve related issues proactively.
• Handle shipment and insurance claims.
• Create and update SOPs and work instructions for logistics processes.

Sustainability & Compliance

• Manage destruction processes responsibly, exploring sustainable alternatives for recycling, repurposing, or renewing materials.
• Support organizational sustainability goals by minimizing environmental impact.
• Oversee ATA Carnet applications, documentation, and bank guarantees in coordination with Finance and Logistics teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain; experience in luxury retail environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, VBA, and Power BI.
• SAP and WMS knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping documents (e.g., CITES, Certificate of Origin).
• Strong communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
