Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP supply, forecast, and exception report to suppliers.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages.
• Manage quality notifications and invoice discrepancies.

The Supply Assurance Buyer ensures assurance of material supply at the right time, quantity and quality to meet production needs

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensure supplier delivery commitment meet production requirement
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs
• Manage and resolve quality notification, change request, supplier returns, good receipts and invoice discrepancies in timely manner
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies
• Experience in Manufacturing environment
• Possess good computer skills including MS Office and strong in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable of SAP ERP will be advantageous
