Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train workers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
- Safety and Quality: Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, and clients.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on site.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety inspections.

- Scheduling and Planning: Developing work schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating activities.
- Material Management: Ensuring materials are available and used efficiently.
- Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work to ensure it meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Safety Training: Providing safety training to workers and ensuring they follow safety procedures.
- Reporting: Preparing daily reports, progress updates, and other management documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in construction management or supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a specific industry (construction).
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications.
