We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide a dynamic team to deliver excellent service and smooth shop performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations including opening and closing of the outlet
  • Lead, train and support team members, especially new hires
  • Oversee mise en place and ensure smooth preparation for service
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Manage order taking, preparation and timely serving of food & drinks
  • Monitor adherence to company standards, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Handle POS operations and ensure accurate billing and cash handling
  • Plan shift schedules, assign duties, and support staff performance
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure readiness for next day
  • Assist in inventory control, stock checks, and placing orders
  • Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required by Company
Job Requirements:
  • Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service
