Studio Lead / Senior Producer - Singapore

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to run our Singapore studio.

BDA Creative is a small, collaborative production agency built on storytelling, attention to detail, and creative problem solving. We work closely with brands and agencies across the region and take pride in how we show up for our clients.

We’re looking for a Studio Lead / Senior Producer to lead the day‑to‑day running of our Singapore studio and support our small production team in the Philippines. This is a hands‑on role for someone with a strong production background who enjoys leading a team, managing clients, and taking ownership of delivery and quality.

You’ll manage projects end‑to‑end, act as the main point of contact for clients, and be the final gatekeeper for all work leaving the studio. You’ll also work closely with the MD to strengthen existing client relationships and help bring in new opportunities. This is not a hard sales role — it’s about relationships, credibility, and spotting where we can add value.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead day‑to‑day studio operations of small team in Singapore
• Over‑see productions from brief through to final delivery
• Lead client communication and confidently present work and ideas
• Act as quality gatekeeper across all projects
• Support a small regional post team
• Help grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities
• Proactively build and maintain industry relationships
• Work closely with creatives on pitches, proposals, and opportunities
