Job summary
A leading student care center in Singapore is seeking a responsible and passionate individual to supervise and nurture young students. Responsibilities include ensuring student safety, guiding homework, conducting enrichment activities, and communicating with parents on progress. Qualifications include GCE 'O'/‘N' Levels or equivalent, and prior experience with children is preferred. Basic first aid training is a plus. Join us in making a difference in students' lives.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children (e.g., tuition, teaching, childcare) is preferred.
- Basic first aid training preferred or must be willing to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Guide students with their daily homework and school assignments.
- Conduct and facilitate enrichment, character-building, and recreational activities.
- Maintain discipline and reinforce positive behaviour.
- Prepare and serve meals/snacks, and ensure cleanliness of the premises.
- Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and logistics (e.g. attendance, lesson materials).
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute programs and events.
