Job summary

A leading energy firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to enhance its compensation and benefits framework. Key responsibilities include developing policies, managing payroll and related documentation, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and must be fluent in both English and Chinese. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR function. 

Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in public listed companies.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, including Employment Act and EFMA.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese for communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Enhance and manage the company's incentive mechanism and welfare system.
  • Responsible for payroll management including tax submissions.
  • Prepare salary-related personnel certification letters.
  • Maintain liaison with external organizations and manage HR budget.
