Qualifications

• Minimum experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an agency, consultancy, or digital transformation environment.
• Exposure to digital transformation engagements and consulting-led initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client lead and manage relationships across consulting and transformation engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Support and grow client engagements across digital transformation and CX.
