Job summary

A community-focused charity in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, Community Engagement to lead its strategic direction in community engagement and public relations. This role encompasses managing fundraising, donor relations, and volunteer management while enhancing the charity's visibility and stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of related experience, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in community engagement, fundraising, PR/comm, event planning, and volunteer management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational aspects of community engagement, public relations, fundraising, and donor management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and optimize CRM for outreach.
  • Oversee marketing and manage media relations to elevate brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute community outreach programs and donor appreciation events.
  • Supervise volunteer engagement strategies and promote teamwork.
