  • Manage a small team of service crew at the outlet level.

Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 3 to 6 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling.
  • Upon being proficient in the outlet operations, you will be move on to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions.
  • To be responsible to uphold outlet hygiene, maintenance and pest control requirementsaccording to SFA, NEA and company guidelines.
  • You will have the chance to attend training courses in Taiwan or Singapore that will equip with essential expertise to perform management positions.
  • You will be in charge of managing a small team of service crew and supervising their responsibilities at the outlet level.
  • Other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
  • No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Passionate to be part of the F&B industry.
