Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to manage and improve the maintenance of ACMV systems. Responsibilities include developing engineering maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and overseeing contractors. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has substantial experience in a similar role. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Worker (EMA), Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) and Safety Officer (MOM) License will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in similar capacity with Bachelor's degree or 10 years with Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering maintenance programs on M&E services.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet quality specifications with cost efficiency.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports for ACMV system.

Job description

• Develop and implement the engineering maintenance programs on M&E services and equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring the maintenance activities, repair or A&A works meet required quality specification with cost efficiency.
• Commissioning of new facility equipment.
• Prepare and submit monthly report for ACMV system.
• Perform reliability studies on the facilities and equipment. Propose and implement improvement measures on providing quality services, energy saving and cost reduction.
• Ensure the proper evaluation and implementation on the user proposal for improvement work / condemn facility equipment.
• Prepare specification, invitation tender/quotation, conduct site show round, evaluation and implementation of improvement works including update of drawing and manuals.
• Allocate the resources and oversee the work of technical staff and contractors
• Prepare and submit Document of purchase, CER/PR for A&A, repair and maintenance works at ACMV system
• Ensure and prepare documentation for compliance to system audit other ISO requirement.
• Provide assistance to project team for ACMV system implementation within the project.
• Conduct monthly meetings with ACMV system main contractor.
• Ensure the control and monitoring of calibration validity of all test and measuring equipment being use for ACMV equipment.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, improvement, and replacement works of ACMV system including managing of specialist contractor.

Education and Experience

Preferably Bachelor in Engineering or Diploma (Engineering). Those with Licensed Electrical Worker (EMA), Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) and Safety Officer (MOM) License will have an added advantage. Must posses good oral and written communication skills. Computer literate.

Preferably Bachelor in Engineering + 5 years in similar capacity, or Diploma (Engineering) + 10 years in similar capacity + Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW).
