Overview

Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.

  • Working days: 5 days (Mon – Fri), 9.30am - 6pm
  • Working location: Ubi (33 Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408868)
  • Salary: $2,800 to $4,000
Responsibilities
  • Handling Sport Instructors and Facil Coordination
  • Handling Sports Logistics in office
  • Packing and delivery of Sports Logistics
  • Assist the team to assign Sports Instructors for the company’s daily events
  • Source and confirm Sports Instructors for different programmes based on the different themes and objectives of the clients
  • Actively source and build new groups of Sports instructors for various disciplines for the programmes
  • Disseminate and brief Programme outlines to Sports Instructors
  • Evaluate and make changes to the programme based on clients and affiliated companies feedback and evaluation
  • Monitor the Sports Instructors performances and discipline while ensuring that it adheres to the code of conduct
  • Track and maintain updated records/logs of incidents at the events
  • Assist the Operations Manager or other Programme Coordinators with any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
  • Handle queries from instructors or programme managers after office hours or on weekends.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in related field required.
  • Minimum Diploma required.
  • Candidates with Sports Science Background will have an advantage.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office.
