Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Management & Training
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate spa staff, including therapists and front desk team.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on treatment standards, service protocols, product knowledge, and customer service.

  • Ensure all employees adhere to the spa’s policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

  • Schedule staff rosters to ensure sufficient manpower and efficient workflow.

  • Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.

2. Daily Spa Operations
  • Oversee the smooth running of daily spa activities, ensuring all treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for use.

  • Monitor appointment bookings, customer flow, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Manage inventory of equipment, products, linens, and supplies; handle stock ordering and replenishment.

  • Address any operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions.

3. Customer Service & Experience
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

  • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality treatments and guest experiences.

4. Administrative & Business Support
  • Assist in developing spa procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

  • Support marketing, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive revenue.

  • Monitor KPIs, treatment performance, and staff productivity.

  • Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.

5. Spa Maintenance & Upkeep
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and ambience of all spa areas.

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance works when needed.

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
