Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality treatments and guest experiences.
Assist in developing spa procedures, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Support marketing, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive revenue.
Monitor KPIs, treatment performance, and staff productivity.
Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and ambience of all spa areas.
Coordinate repair and maintenance works when needed.
