A food service company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated kitchen support staff to assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. The role involves food preparation, quality control, and maintaining hygiene standards. Support the Executive Chef in daily of central kitchen operations
Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and quality control
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling
Monitor inventory, assist with food cost control, and ensure proper storage
Guide junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with service team for timely order fulfilment
Uphold consistency in food presentation and taste
Min. 2 years relevant working experience
Strong cooking, prep, and kitchen operations skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Able to work shifts, split shifts, weekends & public holidays
