Job summary

A leading procurement firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced sourcing professional. The role involves managing raw material sourcing, supplier selection, and pricing negotiations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the EMS or manufacturing environment, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in SAP and Agile is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to build vendor relationships and drive improvements in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder with technical background preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in the EMS/Manufacturing environment.
• Sourcing/Procurement experience in high mix low volume environment.

• Responsible for raw material sourcing by getting competitive quotes
• Accountable for supplier selection & component price data maintenance accuracy in SAP / Agile System
• Drive & negotiate components pricing and control costs
• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
• Identify & develop potential suppliers
• Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
