Our client is a global MNC in the Voice, UC and CC industries.
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support our rapidly growing AI-driven solutions portfolio while maintaining deep expertise in legacy voice, telephony, and unified communications. Based in Singapore, this role will act as a regional technical authority, guiding customers and partners across the ASEAN market on solution design, architecture, and deployment strategies.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technology leader who can translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-ready architectures — from conversational AI and voice automation to traditional SBCs, gateways, and telephony integrations.
Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design activities for customers across ASEAN.
- Architect end-to-end solutions integrating AI platforms, speech services, voice bots, analytics, and cloud services with existing enterprise voice environments.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to enterprise customers, government agencies, and service provider partners.
2. AI Solution Expertise
- Experience in AI-driven voice applications, including conversational AI, intent engines, NLU/NLP, transcription, and call automation solutions is an advantage.
- Collaborate with product teams on feature requirements, solution enhancements, and competitive differentiation.
3. Voice & UC Technical Expertise
- Provide deep expertise in SIP, SBCs, media gateways, PBX integrations, PSTN, and VoIP protocols.
- Support migrations from legacy telephony to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SIP trunking environments.
- Advise customers on security, survivability, and compliance requirements for regional deployments.
4. Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Enable and support regional channel partners, systems integrators, and service providers with training, architecture guidance, and deal shaping.
- Participate in partner onboarding, certification programs, and solution validation activities.
- Collaborate with regional commercial teams on RFP responses, proposals, and customer success planning.
5. Deployment Readiness & Customer Success
- Provide high-level implementation oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Review solution designs, low-level architectures, and integration approaches with delivery teams.
- Engage in escalation management when required to address complex technical challenges.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Good hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and API-based integrations.
- Solid expertise with voice networks
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Phone, or similar UC platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP services including AI and speech-to-text
Professional Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consultancy role.
- Regional exposure to ASEAN markets, with understanding of customer needs across enterprise, government, and service provider sectors.
- Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators across the region.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving solutions environment.
- Fluent in English. Additional Languages is an advantage.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), AI/ML, and UC/telephony technologies are advantageous.
